THE EFFECTS OF AMERICA'S REGIME CHANGE POLICY IN RUSSIA

The American Ruling Class (ARC) has a policy of regime change in Russia and in the 1990's and 2000's fought a proxy war inside the borders of Russia in the hopes of Balkanizing Russia. The ARC's goal is to dismantle Russia the same way Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union were dismantled. The war was fought in the caucuses mainly in Chechnya. The Russians have not just looked the other way on this. The Russians have been fighting back. They have attacked inside the United States a number of times. WTC-93 bombing, OKC Bombing, and 911 were all Russian retaliation for American proxy attacks in their country. All of them used nuclear demolition devices. The Russian’s used cached nukes they put here during the Cold War or smuggled them into CONUS. These attacks were covered up by the government for political reasons.

During the Cold War both the Soviets and the Americans had programs to smuggle nuclear weapons into each other’s countries. The two books to read on the Soviet program are THE SWORD AND THE SHIELD: THE MITROKHIN ARCHIVE AND THE SECRET HISTORY OF THE KGB by Christopher Andrew and THROUGH THE EYES OF THE ENEMY by GRU defector Stanislav Lunev. Former CIA case officer, Philip Agee makes mention of the CIA program in his book CIA DIARY. The Soviet program took place sometime in the early to mid-1970’s. It was a response to the roll out of SDI that took place in the late 1960’s. The Russians have long bitterly opposed SDI and ABM systems. Cached nuclear weapons countered ABM and SDI making them useless. Miniature thermonuclear weapons can be as small as a coke can with a yield greater than the bombs dropped on Hiroshima. The Russian attacks inside CONUS in the 1990’s and 9-11 demonstrated the uselessness of these systems.

THE RUSSIAN ATTACKS INSIDE CONUS

In the WTC-93 bombing the whole presidential motorcade including the limousine was vaporized, two days before Clinton was to be riding in the limo to a speech he was to give at Rutgers. The Russians thereby demonstrated that they can assassinate the president whenever they want. In the succeeding years the Secret Service would at least double the armor on the presidential limo. The FBI never scientifically identified the bomb used in the WTC 95 bombing. This was admitted by Office of Inspector General in response to a complaint filed by Fred Whitehurst of the FBI crime lab. The FBI findings in the Oklahoma City Bombing were also fabricated according to the same OIG report.

The OKC bombing took place a few months after the CIA infiltrated Afghan-Arabs and billions of dollars of arms into Chechnya. In January of 1995 the CIA proxies handed the Russian Military an embarrassing defeat in Grozny destroying over 50 Russian tanks, in the battle for the Grozny train station. In April of 95 Russian generals were warning that they did not have control of their "tactical" nuclear weapons. America then gets hit at OKC on 19 April 1995. The Russian message was pretty clear. They showed us they can strike anywhere in the CONUS with nuclear weapons. 911 was retaliation for the CIA’s continued use of Chechen proxy attacks inside Russia and the torpedoing of the Kursk by the U.S.S. Memphis. The Kursk was hit by a Mark 48 torpedo at 10:28:23 on the morning of 12 August 2000.

The Russians struck twice to avenge the Kursk. They attacked the USS Cole on 12 October 2000 and they struck the Navy’s New Pentagon Command Center the morning of 911. 9-11 took place exactly a year to the date of the CIA’s bombings of Russian apartment buildings in Moscow. The necessary logistics of the 911 attacks show that it was not; nor could it have possibly been authored Bin Laden. The fact that the attack took out the Navy’s command center shows that to be the case. It is also notable that the North Tower goes down at 10:28 am. This is to the minute the time the Kursk was torpedoed. The attackers (Russians) also jammed Air Force One’s secure communications forcing the President to land in order to securely communicate with Washington D.C. again showing that it could not have possibly been Bin Laden.

Putin’s seemingly tepid support of Bush’s Iraq invasion was ultimately self-serving. The war in Iraq would raise the price of oil boosting Russian GDP. Putin also rubbed shit in Bush’s face during the St. Petersburg meeting, by calling attention to the lie that fifteen of the hijackers came from Saudi Arabia. Putin was pushing Bush in the direction of increasing the tensions between America and its vassals in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Both of them knew that Saudi Arabia was not responsible for the attacks of 9-11. Both of them knew that Russia had attacked America. Bush who had gone into his presidency promising a hardline on Russia was now saying publically how he had looked into Putin’s eyes and saw his soul. This was a 180 degree reversal in his rhetoric. Of course this did not stop Bush from ramping up a war in Chechnya, his support for terrorist attacks on Russian civilians or CIA sponsored assassination attempts on Putin, because it was all rhetorical. 

9-11 PROXY WAR : THE RUSSIAN BOMBINGS OF THE AMERICAN EMBASSIES IN AFRICA

Russia and the United States have been in a covert proxy war since the fall of the Soviet Union. Due to America's military space program and its control of the high ground Russia more or less conducted a strategic retreat. No longer being a communist country Russia lured in American technological firms to gain their technology. The firms whose technology was most important to conducting the 9-11 terrorist attacks were Boeing, Honeywell and Raytheon. These three companies were all points of contact to conduct the espionage necessary to remotely hijack the planes on 9-11. ALL three companies were doing business with Russia prior to 9-11. 

Wanting to conquer Russia, America under the command of Bill Clinton did not relent and marched the conventional American Army to the borders of Russia. He also launched a guerilla war within Russia in the state of Chechnya. American supported Chechen terrorists hijacked planes, ferries, buses, took hostages, attacked hospitals, launched car bomb attacks and even threatened to attack Russian nuclear power plants. This secret war was conducted in much the same manner as the secret war Nixon conducted in Laos and all in the hopes that Russia would fall to pieces in much the same way the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia did. 

The embassy bombings of 07 August 1998 took place two years to the day of the Battle of Grozny 07 August 1996. These bombings were very clearly retaliation for the American attack on Russian Forces in Chechnya. In fact it can be said that ALL of the major terrorist attacks from 27 February 1993 to 11 September 2001 on U.S. assets in were blowback from the secret American policy of covert war within the borders of Russia. Russia started using suitcase nukes on American targets in the 1990's with the 27 February 1993 attacks on the World Trade Center. The WTC-93 bombing was by all accounts a very sophisticated attack, taking out the presidential motorpool, severing the power lines of the WTC and damaging the subway terminal beneath the center. The FBI's crime lab never found chemical residues proving the bomb was urea nitrate. 

The tarps placed over the epicenter of the OKC bombing were put there to cover up the radioactive fallout from the bomb to keep it from being spread by the weather. 

The Oklahoma City Bombing was a suitcase nuclear weapon attack. The Russians struck in the heart of America. These weapons were smuggled into the United States starting sometime in the late 1960's. The Nuclear Emergency Search Team (NEST) was founded around the same time in 1975. Soviet defector Stanislav Lunev claimed that these munitions were built in the 1970's. Bill Clinton in retaliation for the Oklahoma City Bombing approved a Chechen terrorist attack on a hospital in Budyonnovsk killing nearly the same number of people. 

The sophistication of the 9-11 attacks show that it was state sponsored. The Russians hacked the autopilots of the planes and used suitcase nuclear weapons planted inside the towers. These attacked demonstrated that while the American military might control the space of low earth orbit that does not change things on the ground. 

This Apollo third stage S-IVB designated J002E3 was first reported in the press on the first anniversary of 9-11. It had been in orbit around earth since March of 2002. It shows that the 9-11 attacks were not perpetrated by Bin Laden or Saudi Arabia. Bush was ready to go to full scale nuclear war in response to the attack of 9-11. The American military showed its hand and how they intend to conduct a nuclear war in 2002. Russia is the only reason they would play this card.

The United States and Russia have been engaged in a proxy war since the Fall of the Soviet Union. The United States ran their armies right up to the borders of Russia and sponsored Nazi terrorists to kill Russians in Chechnya. The major attacks against America in the 90's were sponsored by Russia. 

ISLAMIC TERRORISM AND WE DID IT TO OURSELVES ARE THE COVER FOR RUSSIAN ATTACKS ON THE USA

Looking back 6 years from 11 September 2001. We see the same cover story being used for the OKC bombing that we would later see being used for 9-11. In this video the claim is made that OKC was a controlled demolition. It is also notable blame was first put on Islamic terrorists as well. They decided to go for the we did it to ourselves meme to explain what happened. This would be the same meme used in the 9-11 event. 9-11 was not an Islamic Terrorist event. It was Russian retaliation to American provocations in and around their territory. 

OKC was a suitcase nuke attack on the United States by Russia. 

In order to get out ahead of journalists who would see the inconsistencies of the official version. They had to explain how a bomb that could not have destroyed the Murrah Building did so. So, the government uses people like Col. Gritz to steer people in the direction and narrative they want them to believe. Initially the narrative was going to be that Islamic Jihad was the culprit for the bombing. The trouble with this narrative is that in April 1995, the Russian General Lebed had recently claimed that Chechen terrorists had recently acquired man portable nuclear weapons. The OKC blast was in the neighborhood of 40 tons of TNT. 40 tons is on the lower end of the spectrum of man portable nuclear weapons. The Soviets began prepositioning man portable nuclear weapons inside the United States sometime in the 1960's. So, the Islamic terrorist explanation had to be abandoned in order to prevent people from drawing the conclusion that a suitcase nuclear weapon had been used. 

When Lebed made his claims of loose nuclear weapons what he was really making a veiled threat that he intended to attack the United States. This attack came on 19 April 2017. The internal logic of Lebed's narrative does not hold water. It is highly unlikely that anyone could make it out of an armory with a suitcase nuclear weapon in hand. Also the Chechen terrorists were supported by the CIA. So, Lebed was saying that CIA supported terrorists would give Bin Laden also a CIA supported terrorist nuclear weapons to attack the United States. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. It is a bit much to believe. The timing of the OKC bombing suggests that a cached man portable nuclear weapon was used. The Russians showed us that they can attack within the center of the Continental United States CONUS. 

AMERICANS MURDERED GENERAL LEBED?

OKC and 911 were Russian attacks on the United States in response to American actions in Chechnya. General Lebed was the architect of these attacks.

Playing this card shows that 9-11 was not Bin Laden. 

General Lebed dies 28 days after an S-IVB third stage from an Apollo mission left its heliocentric orbit near L1 to orbit the Earth. This third stage designated J002E3 was first reported in the press on the anniversary of 9-11. In response to American actions in Chechnya Lebed had made thinly veiled threats of suitcase nuke attacks against the United States in the 1990’s. The War Colleges in America had been writing articles and papers on the prospect of super terrorist attacks not long after the fall of the Soviet Union. Beginning in the middle of the 1960's the prospect of a man portable nuclear weapons attack on America was taken seriously. The Nuclear Emergency Search Team (NEST) was established sometime in the middle of the1970’s. Meaning that Soviet deployment of these weapons within the Continental United States (CONUS) took place sometime during this period. Lebed was threatening to use these weapons in response to American actions in Chechnya. The Russian attack on the USA did not use suitcase nuclear weapons. They used airplanes

Actually they did use airplanes. 

HOW THE USA TOOK DOWN THE SOVIET UNION

There were two cloak and dagger factors that brought down the Soviet Union. The Soviets were attacked internally by the Gehlen network of stay behind spies who remained in the Soviet Union as the Nazi Army retreated from the USSR. This was the cloak. The cloak was paired with the dagger of being militarily contained at its borders and in space. The Gehlen Network played a big role in destabilizing the country. The network played a role recently in Ukraine helping to overthrow the legitimate government.
